SmartCity is a complete digital solution (mobile app + backoffice app + online portal) developed for cities/communities management. Recently, Pitesti mayor decided to implement this solution in his city to increase transparency between the city and its residents and improve the quality of life.

SmartCity for Pitesti integrates 3 main modules:

  • iOS & Android app designed for Pitesti citizens to access information on events/ announcements and place complaints directly from their phones. (examples of features integrated into the mobile app: placing a new complaint/request, notification list, complaints map, news page, etc.);
  • user-friendly backoffice web for Pitesti municipality’s staff – an intuitive system designed with the municipality staff in mind for real-time receiving and managing the citizens’ complaints and requests.
  • optimized online portal (the city hall’s website) – to provide complete and intuitive access to all the essential information (news, events, online services, etc.)
