The Romanian Smart City Association is proud to announce the 4th edition of the Smart City Industry Awards Gala, the most appreciated smart city event by the leaders involved in the construction, consolidation and development of creative-intelligent communities in Romania.
The event will take place on December 11th, 2019, at the Palace of Parliament, Take Ionescu Hall, starting from 5:00 PM.
The Smart City Industry Awards is more than a gala, representing a benchmark in the Romanian Smart City Industry. The 2019 edition will recognize the performance and sustained efforts of the individuals, institutions and companies actively involved in the development of this industry, in 10 main categories, along with 9 special prizes.
The jury is made of supporters of the Smart City concept and highly relevant people in the industry, who actively contributed to the development of Romanian smart communities. The president of the jury is Mr. Emil Boc, Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, for winning the 2018 Mayor of the Year special prize and the 2018 Best Smart City Project award for Cluj-Napoca during the previous edition.
The main objective of the event is to encourage innovation and competitiveness in Romanian cities and to ensure efficient management for our communities.
