SkyTower Bucharest launches a new public photography contest with the theme “BIG CITY LIGHTS”. The contest is the fifth public competition launched as part of the “SKY’S THE LIMIT” programme initiated by SkyTower in 2023.

 

The “BIG CITY LIGHTS” photo competition will award pictures taken between December 11th 2024 and January 31st2025.

 

Prizes of the “BIG CITY LIGHTS” Photo Competition

Through the BIG CITY LIGHTS photography contest, SkyTower is offering enthusiasts the perfect opportunity to showcase their talent and win substantial cash prizes ranging from €250 to €1,000. The “BIG CITY LIGHTS” competition is open to anyone who loves the art of photography and wants to express their creative vision. The total value of the BIG CITY LIGHTS COMPETITION prizes is EUR 3.500.

 

Six prizes will be awarded within the Big City Lights contest, three of which will be awarded to the general public, and three will be awarded to community members the SkyTower and ByTower buildings.

 

The first prize for each category is EUR 1,000, the second prize for each category is EUR 500, and the third prize for each category is EUR 250.

 

Photographers wishing to take part in the BIG CITY LIGHTS contest with photos taken during December 11th, 2024,and January 31st, 2025, respecting the competition rules uploaded on the SkyTower website.

 

The photographers who wish to join the BIG CITY LIGHTS photo contest may view the regulation of the contest at https://www.skytower.ro/newsky/ and may request additional information by sending an e-mail to skysthelimit@skytower.ro.

 

Each participant can enter between 1 and 3 photographs, which must be uploaded to social media platforms, according to the regulations published on SkyTower website. The Big City Lights contest intends to capture spectacularly lighted urban elements, such as structures, buildings, monuments, boulevards, etc.

Urban photography has been an important part of the SKY’S THE LIMIT programme, where we want to support and encourage Romanian artistic talents.
