Entrepreneurs and top leaders in the Romanian business environment will be Ready for Impact at the 12th edition of the RBL Summit on 29-30 May.
RBL Summit, the annual meeting of over 250 entrepreneurs and top leaders from the Romanian business environment, is a gathering that combines knowledge, interactivity, inspiration, socializing, work, and fun to generate concrete projects that contribute to building a Romania where future generations would want to live. It is set to focus on the challenges and opportunities of upcoming global and local changes. The twelfth edition of the Summit will be held at Crowne Plaza on the 29th and 30th of May 2024.
This year’s theme at the RBL Summit – Ready for Impact – will highlight a proactive and results-oriented approach for the Romanian business environment to better prepare for changes, challenges, and opportunities of the year. Discussions will address the dual impact: that of political and geostrategic changes, which will determine what the world will look like in the coming years, and that which defines the spirit of the RBL community through the projects they initiate – concrete action and grassroots involvement. RBL Summit 2024 will thus be the event where models that sketch the current context and, at the same time, pave the way for impactful actions are debated.
Over two days, participants will be inspired by the 18 speakers who will share their experiences, take part in the seven sessions that pave the way for actions with systemic impact, and have the opportunity to connect with over 250 participants – entrepreneurs and executives with integrity. They will also participate in two galas: the MERITO Gala, where 12 valuable teachers will be given awards, and the Youth in the Arena Gala, where five teams of young people will present their business ideas in front of potential investors.
The first day of the Summit will be marked by discussions about Reality in Times of Change. The major themes of 2024, 360° Leadership, Education, Entrepreneurs for Communities. Together on #theroadthatunites and the MERITO Gala, while the second day will be dedicated to conversations about Opportunities Beyond Borders and Sustainability in the Forefront, followed by a Session for generating new projects and the Youth in the Arena Gala.
