The 2018 conference theme: “Network Leader”
Managers significantly increase their influence and achieve better results when they hold key positions in formal or informal networks that provide them with relevant knowledge and information, access to power structures, and psychosocial support.
Modern companies maximize their results by integrating creatively the resources of suppliers, customers, (sometimes even competitors, through joint projects), making effective use of the resources they offer.
