Bucharest, 05 May 2018 – The German group Messer, worldwide active in natural gases production and distribution, medical and industrial, took over the Buse Gaz company from Romania, that ensures the delivery services for industrial gases.
Noerr provided Messer legal assistance over the whole process of acquisition. The transaction was adopted by the Competition Council in May of this year and the transaction ended in the beginning in May. The juridical assistance was assured by Rusandra Sandu (Partner, Chef of Corporate/M&A and Competition Department) on behalf of Noerr, Cristina Stamboli (Senior Associate) and Luisa Bedros (Senior Associate), from signing the sale – purchase contract by social parts of Buse Gaz Romania, to the transactions’ end.
