Our MissionDPT ‘s mission is to improve integration for vulnerable groups in Romania by providing tools, knowledge, and advocacy to increase the quality life for all ensuring that dignity and inclusion are at the heart of every community.We are Irina and Silvia, twin sisters who see the world from two unique perspectives: one typical, the other shaped by our visual impairment.Born with a genetic condition that leads to blindness, our journey has been one of self-discovery, resilience, and finding our true vocation.Losing our sight in our mid-20s challenged us to redefine our identities and ambitions.It took over a decade of introspection and growth to realize that our mission was clear: to empower others to live dignified, fulfilling lives, regardless of their challenges.With professional careers and lived experiences that span the worlds of mentorship, counselling, and advocacy, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for vulnerable groups.Through Demnitate pentru Toți, we aspire to lobby for inclusion, provide training, and encourage empathy in the business community and beyond
