We are glad to announce that a general contractor has been appointed for our newest project, #J8OfficePark. Bog’Art won a competitive tender and so it is now their task to realize our vision and construct another technologically advanced office and HQ building. J8 Office Park sits around a heavily landscaped piazza and will provide many amenities such as a 1,400m2 gym, and a selection of restaurants and cafes. The 46,000 m2 net office development is under construction in the area of Bucureștii Noi, just one metro stop north of the Expoziției development area / 1 May.
