The present workplace. The shifted paradigm of workplace towards the workspace

Changing the workplace arrangements like remote working, project-based work, part-time work, and various other work models affect the performance management, L&D, and digital transformation strategies of the companies. When it comes to where we work, there will continue to be three main models – centralized workplaces, decentralized remote organizations, and the hybrid approach.

Digital Transformation in HR. Technology, the greatest enabler

The essentials to the best in new HR technologies. The latest talent acquisition technologies and how the right technologies can achieve and make the best of the talent attraction within the overall recruiting game. Shifting the mindset of employees and employers towards on-demand technologies that respond to the current needs and objectives.

Fostering culture, employee engagement & retention

Debate

L&D. The shift from people analytics to data literacy

People analytics and the new ways of approaching L&D in organizations have made a tremendous impact on the way we manage people in the past several years. The general data literacy among the wider HR professionals seems to be now more valued than the people analytics expertise. The soft skills remain in place, stronger, more practical and individualized.

Employee mental health and wellbeing
Creating & fostering a company culture that values employees’ mental and physical wellbeing. Companies are coming to understand the critical importance of building employee healthcare and wellbeing (including mental health) strategies into their game plan. How to be responsive and innovative without altering then personal space and private lives of employees remain a sensible matter to tackle.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The sense of belonging at work

Traditional concepts such as diversity, equity and inclusion evolved fast in the past two years, forced by a general society that is inherently biased. Hence, a more sensitive concept added to the equation: Creating the sense of belonging in the workplace. The new concept brings a shift towards psychological safety and real inclusion. Hence, DEIB now represents the necessary and profound promise of creating and encouraging a long-term, integral part of the organization.
