We are here to support you by giving additional flexibility when booking our hotels for your events, plan for later in the year, by offering peace of mind in knowing that, when working together, you are supported even if plans are changing.

Benefit from greater flexibility for all meetings and events booked and held between May 25 and December 31, 2020, at hundreds of participating hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
You don’t need to worry if plans are changing:
- You can reduce the number of expected event attendees by 10% (per day), up to arrival, free of charge.
- In case of cancellation, eligible event fees can be utilized as a credit for future events held by June 30, 2021.
- No prepayment required, when guaranteeing the event with a credit card.
