Job Description: Country Marketing Manager (Romania)

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Purpose of role: main purpose of the role is to develop a commercial and operational output needed to deliver on an agreed set of country KPIs. Responsibilities include marketing and media implementation, budget monitoring and control (delivery of revenues/netcash contribution) and management of the relevant operational issues (including HR) for winmasters in the market. Agreed country metrics (aligned with company targets) to include GGR, NGR, FTDs and PAs.

Responsibilities
• Marketing planning & monitoring: develop a marketing plan for the country in cooperation with Head of Marketing and according to overall winmasters strategy. Execution of marketing plan and set actions to reach the goals. Monitor market, media and competitors.
• Ensure execution of offline and online marketing activities (TV, Print, Radio, Google adwords, Social Media and Online) with the approval and collaboration of the Head of Marketing.
• Identify efficient media for customer acquisition. Negotiate with advertising media companies, third-parties digital agencies and online partners. Define requirements for campaigns and manage production. Coordinate and monitor execution of advertising campaigns. Optimize media spending.
• Ensure product marketing & product localization based on market and customer needs
• Ensure winmasters product pages, products features, etc. meet users’ demands and, if necessary, contact product management or editorial/marketing teams
• Testing new products according to the specifications of Head of Product
• Online Key Account support and management (customer support, invoicing, banner setting/tracking, problem solving etc.)
• Optimize/Expand online marketing network in Romania (e.g. using previous experience)
• Deliver agreed country KPI targets
• Provide detailed reporting on country performance and evaluation of key accounts’ performance
• Manage local marketing budget ensuring spend is within agreed levels
• Manage delivery from local staff and marketing agencies
• Inform on local developments in terms of operational changes within the markets, macro – economic factors and legal/regulatory changes
• Identify market opportunities and threats
• Deliver innovative creative executions utilizing both internal and external design resources
• Negotiating deals and achieving economies of scale

Profile
• University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (specialization in marketing preferably)
• 5-7 years of working experience in marketing/advertising industry
• Deep knowledge and considerable experience of local marketing/media industry
• Seniority to comprehend the complexities of an online B2C product
• Excellent PC skills
• Romanian native speaker
