Ciprian is the Senior Public Affairs Manager of Provident Financial Romania and certified coach, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. With more than 15 years experience in the governmental field & public affairs, Ciprian possess an in-depth knowledge of both domestic and European institutional architecture and decision-making process, ensuring proper stakeholder management and tackling policy and legislative matters. Before joining Provident Financial Romania, Ciprian served in government bodies, public affairs consultancy and the Brewers of Romania association. His educational background includes a bachelor degree in public administration and a master degree in European integration. Furthermore, he completed several courses in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Process Communication Model, Strategy Execution, Diplomacy, Foreign Policy, European Affairs and Management.
