Building Britain Report

The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) is urging the Government to address the UK’s outdated infrastructure to unlock economic growth.

A new BCC report calls for:

  • Investment in road and rail capacity, including electrification and grid connectivity.
  • Regional transport improvements to boost local economies.
  • Long-term policy stability and better planning resources to support business needs.
With two-thirds of businesses feeling unheard on infrastructure decisions, the BCC is calling for a business-led approach.
