It is our great pleasure to announce that His Excellency Dan Mihalache, the Ambassador of Romania to the Court of St. James’s will be joining us on Thursday at our Joint SCEB – BRCC Online Networking Event. He will join us for a discussion regarding the need to create a more dynamic international business environment and better adapted to current challenges.

Dr. Dan Mihalache had a praiseworthy political experience. He had a fulfilling career, as he served a full term as Member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies, held a seat as Observer, and became a Member of the European Parliament. He also led numerous political, policy, and communications campaigns on behalf of the National Liberal Party, and President Iohannis in 2014.

The President of Romania awarded Dan Mihalache the National Order “Star of Romania” in the rank of Knight. To read more about His Excellency, click here.

Technology is of our everyday lives, influencing how we work, how we learn, and how we shop. Technology in business is a growing necessity. Innovation breeds business, and since technology paves the way for it, it is clear that business needs technology to be sustained. The role of technology in business caused tremendous growth in trade and commerce, as business concepts and models were revolutionized as a result of the introduction of technology.

We have the pleasure of creating this event with the Supreme Council of European Business (SCEB), an international organization whose objective is to create and develop opportunities for economic and educational progress for every world citizen. SCEB acts through councils in countries all over the Globe and gathers business people, decision-makers, and people from various fields working towards creating a more dynamic international business environment and better adapted to current challenges. Mehmet Sumeroglu

Sumeroglu founded and managed over 10 companies in Romania and abroad, getting involved in international trade since he was a student. In his more than 25 years of experience, he has had business relations with over 80 external suppliers from approximately 20 countries, on 5 continents, amounting to international commercial transactions of over 600 million dollars. He also worked in the field of construction as a builder, project manager, and investment consultant. He now collaborates, as a business consultant, with numerous multinational companies from various European and non-European countries. He also actives in the NGO area, militates for transparency, fair play, and open competition in business and continues to do international trade.

Kees Cramer became the youngest Managing Director on a country level in 2001 when he was at the helm of the Dutch Relocation company Voerman International with operations in Bucharest. Kees has been the co-founder of IBCargo, today one of the leading local forwarding companies, and has been a board member of a large production facility in chemical building material owned by a Dutch private equity fund in Romania. Since 2014 Kees has been active in the Oil&Gas Upstream sector on the transport and logistics side in Romania doing very large scale logistics operations in the Black Sea Region for Transgaz, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Tenaris. Today Kees owns a successful Trading& Production company alongside his board position in a leading international Transport and Logistics company for the Black Sea Region. At the event will be also present SCEB Bulgaria reprezented by Petar Raycher – Vice President and some Bulgarian companies.

Constantin Stan


Constantin is the CEO of Enviso, having over 20 years experience in process improvement within different organizations. He runs lean management, six sigma and business process management projects with impact on both business processes and people skills for continuous improvement development. His expertise covering a wide range of industries and services, ranging from high-speed train (TGV) to banking services, from the pharmaceuticals industry to sale and distribution, from maintenance to healthcare, from automotive to IT&C, having successfully completed projects in France, Norway, the United Kingdom, Romania, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Hong Kong
