Members Networking Evening at the Capital Plaza Hotel – 27 November 2019
All British Romanian Chamber of Commerce members have been sent the formal notice of the Annual General Meeting, which was issued on 13 November. For ease of reference, a further copy of the formal notice of the Annual General Meeting is attached here and here.
In order to allow members an opportunity to meet members of the Board, to meet candidates who wish to be elected to the Board, and to discuss the purpose of the formal special resolutions which are set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting, a networking evening will be held on 27 November 2019, i.e. five days before the Annual General Meeting.
