The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) is the premier business-led organisation promoting bilateral trade and investment between the two countries through business-to-business dialogue.
The Chamber has previously focussed its operations in Romania but now is re-building its presence in the UK. To achieve this we seek a student able to devote a few hours per week to supporting the operation of the BRCC in London.
The work will involve email contact and telephone follow up with British companies we know have an interest in doing business in Romania, companies that might be interested in attending BRCC UK events, and becoming members of the Chamber.
Although a business organisation, we do not limit recruitment solely to students studying business related disciplines. We want someone that is confident, articulate and an advocate for Romania. Similarly, the successful candidate — while UK based — need not be resident in London (although this would be an advantage).
The internship is expected to begin in mid-August for a period of four months. BRCC will cover reasonable expenses incurred in the role.
To apply, send your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you are the right candidate for the task to london@brcconline.eu
