To perform a risk inspection, the client simply needs to install the app, access the link sent via SMS at the scheduled time, and follow the instructions provided by the Groupama representative. The completed risk report is then received via email.
In the event of a claim, clients only need to call the Groupama call center to notify the claim and schedule a video conference session for the assessment. The claims inspector will guide them through the claims registration process in real-time, without the need to visit a claims assessment point.
The video conference claims assessment option is available for auto insurance products (CASCO, Agricultural Machinery, Construction Equipment) and home insurance (Alexa).
Online Claim Notification is another service that provides customers with flexibility and time-saving. The notification process is automated using a software robot, making everything quick and easy.
Policyholders can notify claims online, simply and quickly, for Auto Insurance – CASCO and RCA; Life, Health, or Accident Insurance; Travel Insurance; Property and Home Insurance; and Civil Liability, Transport, Agricultural, and Special Risks Insurance.
Amelie Virtual Assistant, the chatbot available on the company’s website, responds to customers’ or website visitors’ inquiries 24/7.
Amelie can provide useful information about the main product categories in the Groupama portfolio – auto, travel, property and goods, life, or health. Clients can learn more about how these products can be purchased, the procedures for reporting claims, the necessary documents, settlement deadlines, or emergency assistance details. The information is constantly updated, and clients have the option to ask free-form questions or follow the guided topic suggestions provided by Amelie.
Medical Chat – Ask a Doctor, offers Groupama clients medical advice in the form of micro-consultations, provided by licensed real doctors via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or SMS. It is based on a medical chat service that combines artificial intelligence with human interaction.
Clients can ask questions related to their health issues and receive personalized responses that help them make the best decision for their well-being, safely and comfortably, anytime and anywhere.
The service can be used by Groupama policyholders with travel insurance, wheather for international or domestic travel within Romania and is automatically included in the basic package. Additionally, the service is available as additional coverage for Health Insurance – Hospitalization and Surgery,for both Individual & Family and small business groups (SMEs).
