To carry out a risk inspection, the customer only needs to install the application, access the link sent by SMS at the set date and time and follow the instructions of the Groupama representative. The completed risk report is then received by email.

In the event of a claim, customers only need to call the Groupama call center to notify the claim and be scheduled for a videocall assessment session. The claims inspector will be there to assist you along the process.

The videocall option can be used for auto insurance products (CASCO, Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment) and home (Alexa).

Online claim notification is another service that brings flexibility and time savings to customers. The notification process is automated with the help of a software robot, so everything is done quickand easy.

Claims can be notified online, simply and quickly, for events related to Auto Insurance – Casco and RCA; Life, health or accident insurance; Travel insurance; Property and home insurance and for Third Party Liability, Transport, Agro and Special Risks Insurance.

The virtual assistant Amelie, is a chatbot on the company’s website and is available 24/7, for answering questions.

Amelie can provide useful information about the main product categories in the Groupama portfolio – auto, travel, property and goods, life or health. Customers can find out more details about how these products can be purchased, what are the procedures for reporting damages and the necessary documents, settlement deadlines or details related to emergency assistance. The information is constantly updated, with customers having the option to ask free questions or to browse through the topic suggestions offered by Amelie in a guided manner.

The medical chat „ÎntreabăMedic offers Groupama customers medical advice in the form of micro-consultations, offered by real licensed doctors, via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or SMS. It is based on a medical chat service that combines artificial intelligence and human interaction.

Customers can ask questions related to their health problems, to receive personalized answers, which will help them make the best decision for their well-being, in safety and comfort, anytime and from anywhere.

The service can be used by Groupama policyholders who have travel insurance abroad or in Romania, being automatically included in the basic package. The service is also available as additional insurance for Health Insurance – Hospitalization and Surgery for both Individual and Family, as well as SME groups.
