Loreda Dragomir is leading CNA International – Balkans Region and she is the Managing Partner for the Romanian operations of CNA International. Loreda has double citizenship being both Romanian and American and for many years is an active voice for EOP – equal opportunities programmes, Diversity and Inclusion programmes, as well as women mentoring and coaching. From 2016, respectively 2018, Loreda Dragomir is an entrepreneur having two businesses in HR consultancy, respectively retail.
Part of Loreda’s career implies managing Romania and Bulgaria practice of Kienbaum Executive Search for almost 8 years, being Practice Group Leader, respectively Chief Operations Officer for Stanton Chase International for 3 years, Country Manager for Grafton Recruitment, Consultant and Senior Consultant for Hudson, Math professor for State University of New York and Institutor for Sf. She gained extensive experiences in the executive search industry, recruitment and HR consultancy gaining deep knowledge of various sectors, such as Consumer Products and Services, Life Science and Health Care, Production and Automotive, energy, as well as many others. With more than 16 years of experience in hospitality, Cristina Huzum is an awarded professional in the Romanian hotel industry and a constant speaker at the tourism conferences. Developing her skills in Operations, General Management, Leadership, Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction, she grew up in positions as Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager. From 2015, after being actively involved in the renovation and rebranding process, she is the Deputy General Manager of Sheraton Bucharest Hotel. Cristina is now involved in all investment projects and she is in charge with all operational departments of the hotel.
