Additional travel cancellation insurance (STORNO)

A travel cancellation insurance is the option that allows you to recover the money in case you booked the trip, and your employee is diagnosed with Codiv19 and can no longer leave the country. The additional cancellation insurance can be included in the policy if you end it at least 3 days before departure and the trip lasts at least 3 days.

  • Covers trip cancellation if the employee is diagnosed with Covid19.
  • Does not cover cases of isolation or quarantine leading to trip cancellation.
  • It does not cover other situations of cancellation of the trip related to the will of the employee and / or situations imposed by travel restrictions, cancellations of events abroad.

Additional Travel Interruption / Extension Insurance is the option that covers costs if the employee becomes infected with Covid19 even while traveling to another country, thus reaching the situation where quarantine is required – accommodation / food, telephone, plane ticket (difference or full) and / or is hospitalized abroad.
