In the week in which we celebrate Constitution Day (December 8) and the 70th anniversary of the Court of Justice of the European Union (December 4), the volume “CJEU and CCR – identities in dialogue” was published.
Coordinated by Professor Emeritus Valeriu Stoica, PhD, the book includes works prepared by 20 Romanian jurists, internationally recognized specialists, but also young researchers. The published legal studies approach, from different angles, the theoretical and practical problems of the European construction and are a call to lucidity and responsibility, qualities necessary for the continuation and consolidation of the common European course.
Addressed both to lawyers and to any person interested in delving into the depth of the European legal construction, the work aims to bring more clarity to the problems analysed by the authors and to present various approaches and solutions.
