After a legal battle that lasted 6 years, the legal team consisting of Valeriu Stoica – Founding Partner -, Cătălina Dicu – Senior Partner – și Yolanda Beșleagă – Senior Associate – definitively won a complex litigation, through which the annulment of the administrative acts that were the basis for the construction of an ecological waste deposit financed with non-reimbursable EU funds was requested, at the same time requesting the abolition of the construction.
The court’s decision is a benchmark for national jurisprudence in the matter of access to justice in environmental matters, confirming the principles that guarantee a responsible, rational, realistic and balanced access to justice, precisely so that the civil action – even more so in this matter – remains an efficient and useful one.
