Our special guests will be Mr. Marcel Tanner – Professor, PhD, Epidemiologist, MPH, Director Emeritus of the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute and member of the Swiss National COVID-19 Science Task Force and Mr. Raed Arafat, Secretary of State, Head of the Dept. for Emergency Situations at M.I.A.
Although the final decisions belong to politicians, doctors’ opinions and experience have a great deal of impact and are taken into consideration in the sensitive COVID-19 topic. Prof. Marcel Tanner is one of the important voices in the international medical scenery and he will share with us important aspects regarding the fight against this virus. Mr. Raed Arafat will emphasize on specific aspects of the pandemic in Romania from the view point of the Government. Novartis, Roche, Arensia Exploratory Medicine and other important pharma companies will give their inputs on possible treatments and vaccines based on clinical studies.
