The team of lawyers from STOICA & Asociații – Dragoș Bogdan (Senior Partner), Mihai Stănescu (Managing Associate) and Gabriela Bodnărescu (Junior Lawyer) – wrote the chapter on Romania in the Country Comparative Guide – Patent Litigation (2022).
The prestigious international guide Legal 500 publishes each year a Country Comparative Guide covering various areas of law, with the aim of providing the business community with useful information on the legislation and judicial practice of different jurisdictions.
The 2022 edition of the Country Comparative Guide – Patent Litigation is now available. The guide for Romania in the field of patents was written by STOICA & Asociații lawyers, considering the expertise in this field, as well as the previous collaboration of Dragoș Bogdan with the European Patent Office, for the creation of the chapter dedicated to Romania in the book Patent enforcement in Europe. The publications are designed to provide readers with an overview of patent litigation laws and regulations in a variety of jurisdictions.
