It is estimated that more than half of the meaning of our communication is transmitted through body language. Before we created words to communicate with each other, we used movements and gestures to communicate what we wanted.

 Can we communicate what we feel without words?
 Will negative gestures create negative attitudes?
 Could your body language be holding you back from achieving the success you think you deserve?
 What does your body language say about you?

Let’s find out some tips on how we can interpret certain body language signals!

We’ll also have an Improv Trainer from @Improteca, as our guest – Don Cooper – who will challenge us with a role play, leading us to see how – before our words – speaks the energy we transmit.
