Darra is a boutique specialist third party administrator (TPA) based in Eastern Europe with sector expertise in consumer electrical products, in particular mobile devices.
Founded over 15 years ago, Darra is a TPA appointed to handle and process claims arising from insurance policies sold by its client.
The Founder and CEO, Mr. Ian Harrocks, is British and an experienced board level British insurance industry veteran in the UK and Central and Eastern European markets. He developed their flagship Accidental Damage and Theft (“ADT”) insurance scheme for electronic products.
Darra’s core services consist of:
- Claims Administration Management, end to end claims administration services, including claims registrations, claims approvals, customer service and complaints handling.
- Device Servicing coordinate logistics for servicing, repair and replacements for devices under warranty.
At the heart of its operations, Darra utilises an in-house claims management software platform that was purpose-built to manage its entire claims process in an efficient and cost effective manner.
The proprietary claims management system is readily scalable to integrate additional insurance schemes.
