Founded in 2020, pastel Association is a Romanian non-governmental organization built around a simple belief: doing good should become a habit, not an exception. This vision is reflected in our mission, #NoMonthWithoutAGoodDeed, through which we continuously develop and implement projects that create positive social and environmental impact throughout the year.
Our mission is to educate, inspire, and support individuals and companies to become actively involved in addressing community challenges across Romania. We identify real needs at grassroots level and design practical solutions in the fields of environmental protection, education, health, community development, and social inclusion.
Through partnerships with businesses, public institutions, educational organizations, and local communities, we mobilize resources and expertise to deliver sustainable and measurable results. Beyond implementing projects, we promote volunteering, corporate social responsibility, and cross-sector collaboration as essential drivers of long-term community development.
Over the past five years, pastel Association has successfully implemented more than 69 projects nationwide, reaching over 45,000 beneficiaries. Our initiatives have been supported by hundreds of volunteers and numerous partners from the private sector, public administration, and civil society, demonstrating our ability to coordinate complex projects and generate meaningful impact where it is needed most.
