I am a founding member of Danilescu & Partners, with more than 21 years of practice, out of which 8 years as a founding partner of Mares/Danilescu/Mares, and 13 years as a member of Zamfirescu Racoti Predoiu (Zamfirescu Racoti Vasile & Partners), being a partner with this law firm since 2007.

I am trained as an attorney-at-law, with a wide-ranging transactional expertise, specialised in mergers and acquisitions and corporate commercial practice, being a member of the Bucharest bar for more than 21 years.

My most relevant current professional expertise deals with port infrastructure, transports and logistics, regulatory framework for port operations, ports management bodies, port developments, European port services legal environment, and port concessions.
