Alexander Vandervelden

Alexander Vandervelden is a former competition swimmer and holder of the Belgian record in the 100-meter breaststroke. After his active swimming career, he became a swim coach and coach for triathlon teams. He holds a Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry and is a great example in harmonious personal development on physical, mental and emotional levels simultaneously.

With his experience as a Scientific Researcher, Production & Development Manager and Quality Manager in the corporate world and his talent to connect with a broad range of people, he represents a rich source of information and inspiration to move people towards action. At Mentally Fit, both within our company and for our clients as Client Partner and Sr. Executive Coach, Alexander is a team player in heart and soul. His focus lies on building constructive platforms for teams to grow and perform on a high level with minimal loss of energy.
