Mușat & Asociații invites you to the debate CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF LEGAL ENTITIES. PREVENTION, COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT, organized in partnership with Juridice.ro. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 21, starting 5PM, in the conference room of the Mușat & Asociații headquarters, 43 Aviatorilor, Bucharest.
During this event, representatives of the legal community and the business environment will discuss a series of relevant topics, such as:
- Controversies in the matter of criminal liability of legal entities;
- Law on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest;
- The role of prevention and compliance;
- Effective risk management from the perspective of criminal law and compliance.
