For the first time in Romania, the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce is organising the Inclusive Recruitment Conference, uniting professionals specialising in diversity, inclusion, HR and talent. These experts can help businesses draw in a varied pool of talent, eliminate biases and enhance the inclusiveness of their recruitment methods.
