Private Health Insurance vs. Medical Subscription vs. State Insurance

STATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Insurance in the public health system is a right guaranteed by the Constitution to all Romanian citizens. Even if you do not pay the monthly CASS contribution, you will have access to a minimum healthcare package. There are certain categories of persons who benefit from the state medical insurance without paying the CASS contribution and these are mentioned in art. 154 of the Fiscal Code.
