Psih. Dr. Drd. Costin Dămășaru – Founder & General Director Veruvis & Veruvis Kids
Costin studied at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in Boston, USA, under the Executive Education program – Neuroscience for Leadership. There, he worked with globally renowned researchers in improving human brain performance using Brain Mapping and Brain-Computer Interface technology. He holds a PhD in Management, a degree in Psychology, and an MBA. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Physics at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and a Master’s in Applied Neuroscience at Universidad Isabel I in Spain.He has lectured as a guest professor at:

Valentin Florin Ciocan – President of the National Authority for Quality Management in Health
Valentin-Florin CIOCAN has been the President of the National Authority for Quality Management in Health (ANMCS) since March 2022. With the rank of Secretary of State, he also serves as the Chairman of the institution’s Board of Directors and is appointed for a five-year term. The ANMCS is a public institution with legal personality, operating under the Government’s supervision and the Prime Minister’s coordination. Its primary goal is to ensure and continuously improve the quality of healthcare services and patient safety through standardization, evaluation, and accreditation of healthcare units.
Previously, Mr. Valentin-Florin CIOCAN served three terms as President and General Director of the Olt Health Insurance House (2010-2020), where his main responsibilities included organizing, leading, and managing the institution at the local level, as well as overseeing assets and financial resources. From 2020 to 2022, he also held the position of Head of the Control Service at the Olt Health Insurance House. Valentin-Florin CIOCAN graduated from Spiru Haret University in Bucharest with a degree in Philosophy and Journalism and earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu.
