AmCham Romania and BRCC – British Romanian Chamber of Commerce are pleased to invite you to the GDPR Year Five: Data Protection and Future Technologies Conference on May 10, 2023, between 9:00 – 12:30.
Please note that it is a hybrid event, organized at the AmCham Romania Office (11 Ion Campineanu St., Union International Center, 4th floor).
The physical presence is limited to 30 seats, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Continuing the series of events that raise awareness of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this conference will address the latest challenges and developments in data protection files and will focus on practical insights, GDPR decisions, rulings, and other tidbits.
The event provides a comprehensive overarching perspective on the challenges encountered in relation to the enforcement of legislation in the field of personal data protection, at both a national and international level. The conference dives into a discussion with the representative of the Romanian Data Protection Authority, moves to a conversation with a representative of the Norwegian Data Protection Authority and lands with a debate between reputable Romanian Data Protection Officers (DPOs).
The working language for this event is Romanian, except for the intervention of Luca Tosoni which will be in English. Translations shall not be provided.
