On September 15th your are invited to spend a day like no other at Manasia Estate for an event that marks a new season of amazing culinary experiences. All your senses will be delighted on a journey that begins right when you pass through their gates. You will be welcomed with amuse bouche on the mansion’s terrace, followed by a piano concert in the foyer. A five course fine dining tasting menu that harmoniously combines a multitude of ingredients, textures or preparation techniques will be served in the dining area of the manor and paired with vintage wines from the cellar or other non-alcoholic drinks. The menu is signed by Chef Daniel Palici – nominated in the ‘Great chefs of tomorrow’ category at the Gault & Millau Gala and will be presented by Ciprian Bocioaca – designated ‘Maître d’hôtel’ of 2018.
