The Government has adopted a number of changes regarding the RO e-Transport system, with the entry into force of the Emergency Ordinance No. 129/2024.
The most important changes relate to:
- Data collection from national companies with state capital
- Introduction of the possibility to modify data about goods after the expiration of the UIT code
- RO e-Transport sanctions
