EY Romania launched this summer the 5th edition of the national entrepreneurship competition EY Entrepreneur Of The Year.
This competition is part of the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year, the only international competition, with a tradition of 33 years, which discovers and rewards visionary local entrepreneurs, agile leaders who innovatively address the challenges of the present and have a positive impact on communities.
The winner of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year in Romania will be automatically registered in the global EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year competition taking place in Monte Carlo, an exceptional networking setup where he/ she will have the chance to compete and interact with important entrepreneurs from over 60 countries.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:
- The entrepreneur must have a business that has been established for at least 3 years
- Have a steady income stream of at least 2 years
- Have a minimum of 10 employees
- The candidate must hold a significant part of the company’s subscribed capital (minimum 20%) and play an active role in the business
Romanian nationality does not condition participation in the competition, but it is important that business operations take place mostly in Romania.
