The results reflect that the three most important positive factors for tourism businesses are:

• new customers/visitors (55%)
• price (43%)
Also, the average rate of return (at the level of the entire sample) amounts to 33%, decreasing by approximately 12% compared to the level recorded in 2019.
The main big risks identified by tourism entrepreneurs/managers in 2023 refer to: the cost of raw materials and energy (for restaurants, mainly), the lack of legislative stability (for accommodation units), but also inadequate legislation (for agencies of tourism).
