Oana Motoi

Cromwell Evan Global’s founder and managing partner – Oana Motoi, has 12 years of experience gained both in local and international taxation at PwC and KPMG, and has also been involved in the coordination of a large number of tax, accounting and payroll projects for small, medium and large companies in various sectors in industries such as production, energy, telecom, energy, retail, real estate, financial services. Oana holds a Bachelor & Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies and she is also CCF and CECCAR licensed.

 

Diana Neagu

Diana specializes in labor and employment matters as well as finance and M&A.  Diana is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and received her law degree from the University of Bucharest. She has 18 years of experience in the legal field.

Diana has represented a variety of international and local clients in their employment issues, including British Petroleum (BP), BT, Michelin, Unicredit Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, The Salvation Army  and many others.  She provides specialized employment advice for several industries including banking, production, services, IT. In the course of her work, she has represented clients in all types of labor matters including litigation, collective bargaining, work permits and visas, dismissals and management structuring.  Diana has a deep specialization and is a leading attorney in relation to employment issues for financial institutions.  Her labor and employment practice has extended during the past 10 years to the Republic of Moldova as well where she has been involved, besides Vernon| David’s projects in several projects initiated by the World Bank and/or the Moldovan Government with respect to the amendment of the Moldovan Labor Code.
