As discussed during our conf call today, please find attached the AHK document on proposed legislation to implement the kurzarbeit model. The document was discussed by AHK with the colleagues from CPC and now includes only the articles/provisions for which there is consensus between the two organizations. Please review the attached document and let us know if you have any other comments until tomorrow, 26 May, 16:00. Also please be informed that the principles of this document will be presented by CDR delegation during tomorrow’s meeting with the President of ANOFM.
CDR TF Labour also decided to collect input regarding the provisions of Ministry of Health and Ministry of Internal Affairs Order 874/81/2020 on the compulsory wearing of a protective mask, epidemiological triage and compulsory disinfection of hands to prevent contamination with the SARS-CoV-2 virus during the alert period.
