Andrei Angelescu
Architect Andrei Angelescu, Manager of the Architecture and Design Department within COS, PhD student of the UAUIM doctoral school researches ”New approaches on effective workspace landscape”. Pursuing the influence of architecture and built space on the individual, Andrei Angelescu analyzes in his paper ”Architectural Perception as a Therapeutic Factor” ways to manipulate the environment at the sensory level to control user perception.
Within COS, Andrei Angelescu focused on organizing office spaces, following the organizational structure of the companies that chose COS as a partner for their development projects. Building a complex approach of projects, from their initiation together with the beneficiaries, the realization of concepts, technical design, coordination of specialties as well as the follow-up of execution and post-occupational evaluation, Andrei Angelescu gets to lead and develop the COS team of young architects and designers.

Before joining IWG, in 2009 , Ramona Predescu ( Iacob) worked as Marketing Director for a new start up company from Check Republic and previously she activated as an entrepreneur and running for 8 years her own business in hospitality ( accommodation and rent a car services). She has a University Degree in both Psychology and Foreign Languages.
