Learning a foreign language has several benefits and is an advantage for any multinational company or anyone who wants to do business in a country where people speak a second language apart from their official one. For example, in the case of multinationals, the way in which they present themselves and their international image are not the only important aspects, but also the employees who are part of the negotiation process and who develop long-term partnerships, which require the ability to speak one or more foreign languages. Furthermore, according to the studies conducted by the European Commission, multinationals that invest in the development of their employees’ linguistic and intercultural skills manage on the one hand to have a better image at an international level, and on the other hand to increase the percentage of sales.
