The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce Greets a New Chapter in its History
The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce has opened a new chapter in its history. On the 16 April, at Commons Romana, Bucharest, the board invited members of the BRCC to enjoy an afternoon tea at the opening of the new office in Bucharest, celebrating a new approach for their community. The event took place at Commons Romana, Bucharest, where the BRCC team will carry out their work in order to respond promptly to the needs of their members, to create and sustain for the business community an environment in which free trade and investment flourishes.
Members and friends of the organisation gathered to support the BRCC team in the new surroundings, all in a pleasant atmosphere. The event started with the welcome of Colin Lovering, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, continued with the speech of Neil McGregor – Chairman of the Board of Directors, and of Daniel Kearvell – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. The board members spoke about future BRCC plans and strategies in order to facilitate and increase collaboration between the two countries through business-to-business dialogue and to help its members to develop their businesses. Guests also had the honour of having Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Romania, Andrew Noble at the New Office Opening event, who gave an encouraging speech about the co-operation between the British Embassy and the BRCC.
