The labour market is changing, and so are people’s expectations of employers. Authenticity, trust, organizational culture and the real employee experience have become important criteria in how companies are perceived and chosen.

On October 6, at JW Marriott Hotel in Bucharest, Employer Branding Conference 2026 will explore the next chapter of the field under the theme “The Next Chapter: Reinventing Work, Redefining Employer Brands”. This year’s edition starts from the questions employer brands face today: how do you remain relevant in a constantly changing market, how do you build trust beyond recruitment messages, and how do you turn an employer promise into a real experience?

Participants will discover concrete examples, insights from real projects and ideas they can adapt to their own organizations. The program addresses topics such as organizational culture, employee experience, EVP, communication and building trust, through sessions led by professionals with direct experience in the field.

Professionals from companies and agencies will take the stage to discuss projects, challenges and strategies developed within their organizations. Among the speakers at this year’s edition are: Georgiana Alecu (Head of Talent Development & Engagement, Lidl Romania), Sarah Goodall (CEO & Founder, Tribal Impact), Paul Olteanu (Master Trainer & Founder, Mind Architect), Anca Decu (People&Culture Director, Up Romania), Magor Csibi (Head of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Advisory, Trend Consult), Emilia Stroe (HR Director, Sphera Franchise Group), Dana Stoian (HR Manager, Provident), Elena Delcea (Senior People Business Partner & Head of Culture & People Experience, NN), Nicoleta Pantea (Group Chief People Officer, FAN Courier), Ioana Botian (Senior Employer Branding Specialist, Bosch Romania), Florin Tataru (Group HR Director, PHOENIX Romania – Help Net Farma, Farmexim, El Pharma), Aurelia Florea (Director Organizational Development & People Experience – Miele Brasov, Romania), Nora Anghel (Director, Head of Talent Acquisition & Communication, MHP – A Porsche Company Romania), Iulia Kolesnicov (Employer Branding Professional), Bogdan Badea (CEO, eJobs Group), Laura Vanani (L&D Business Partner, Bosch Romania), Raluca Dumitra (Head of Marketing, eJobs Group), Raluca Neacsu (Client Success & Wellbeing Engagement Senior Manager, Wellhub) and Carmen Negiba (Founder Synera Group – Organizational Transformation, Culture and Leadership).
