Executive Director

Felicia joined the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce in August 2026 as Executive Director, a role where she spearheads the Chamber’s management, drives the strategic vision of the board, and champions high-level networking and member engagement.
With a solid career in diplomacy and consulting, Felicia previously led the Romanian operations of the British corporate intelligence firm Aperio Intelligence, where she coordinated the due diligence teams in Bucharest and Cluj. Her career with the firm began in 2019 as an associate editor, a role in which she delivered strategic content on financial crime for compliance professionals. Prior to that, for over a decade (2008–2019), she worked for the British Embassy on critical pillars such as justice reform and the rule of law – an experience further consolidated by managing public integrity programmes in the non-governmental sector. Her commitment to social impact has been reflected since her university years through volunteer initiatives dedicated to human rights, anti-discrimination, and climate change education.
Felicia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Bucharest’s National School of Political Studies and her Master’s in International Relations and European Studies from Central European University in Hungary.
