For one night only, guest Chef Richard Abou Zaki will curate a refined Michelin-starred experience, blending artistry, precision and contemporary elegance in a spectacular setting.
The Una Notte Sotto Le Stelle menu unveils a refined Italian – echoed culinary journey beginning with a delicate amuse-bouche and continuing with Amberjack served with Mediterranean sauce, a trilogy of lemon and floral dashi infused with basil, followed by an Adriatic risotto with “Tenera Ascolana” olives, sea bass and wild fennel.
The experience deepens with tortellini enveloped in a 30-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano cream and culminates in an exquisite Rossini-style beef, cherry wood-smoked and complemented by foie gras sauce, aromatic herb salsa, tarragon oil, black truffle, and Madeira, concluding with the signature Coccobello al Mare dessert, all beautifully paired with a curated selection of five Jidvei wines.
