“Empower the Future” Conference, powered by Empower Youth, will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Bucharest.
It is an one-day event dedicated primarily to high school students and university students, but also to parents of teenagers who are wondering what path to follow next, to young people at their first jobs, as well as to companies that want to reach this audience. The program includes discussion panels, interactive sessions, and networking areas, Job Corner and Meet your Mentor areas, with the participation of top speakers and more than 100 young people.
Through the conference, we aim to provide valuable resources for personal and professional development, to connect young people with authentic role models, and to build bridges between generations.
We believe we have a lot of work to do as a nation in the area of education and, perhaps now more than ever, it is important to invest our time and energy in children and young people. And to act by showing them healthy role models that can strengthen their confidence in themselves and in the future.
