The program of the festival 10 am-7 pm
The festival will be opened from 10 am till 7 pm. It is important for the registered teams to the Barista Cup and supporters to arrive in time, at the opening hours, to have a smooth organization of the competition. Also, we know that a good coffee enjoyed in the morning with friends can make your day brighter.
Code2Cup is sustainable. Bring your own cup or buy a stylish Huskee cup from the festival!
As Code2Cup supports sustainability, no single use cups will be used at the festival. Visitors will be able to bring their own container or purchase reusable cups on site. The official cup of the festival, Huskee – that utilise waste and recycled material – will also have a dedicated booth.
We are supporting causes. A coffee for a champion
Code2Cup will support a humanitarian or social cause every year. This year, every visitor will be able to donate the equivalent of a cup of coffee for the future of Sportul Studentesc Rugby players. You can do so at their official booth.
What can you drink or eat?
There will be many options at the festival, from artisan pastries, cakes, ice cream, pizza, vegan food. Also, beside coffee, visitors can enjoy tonic water and other assortments of non-alcoholic drinks. Check here who’s gonna be there: https://code2cup.ro/#exihibition
Will there be free coffee and food at the festival?
Brew coffee will be available for free at coffee shops and roasteries booths. All the other products, including espresso based drinks, will be available based on purchase only. However, exhibitors will prepare dedicated experiences of tasting or will distribute vouchers on their booth. Also, visitors will have many opportunities to experiment at the dedicated Workshops and Learn & Try areas. Free water will be provided at Solo Water station.
*Visitors who received a snack vouchers through their companies can choose from the variety of options at the food booths.
What will you be able to experience at the festival?
There will be 4 points of interest:
• The main stage, where the Barista IT Cup will take place
• A dedicated workshops area, set up in the expo area. Special Workshops brewed for you: Coffee & Health powered by Enayati, Chocolate & coffee powered by Livstory Craft Chocolate, Decoding the milk code powered by Milbok
• A dedicated Learn &Try booth where you will learn to recognize tastes, understand the art and technology behind a perfect espresso, learn to make latte art models, Home Barista KIT
