The constant development of the business law practice, the diversification of the client portfolio as well as the growth of the lawyer team have determined the flexibility of the executive management of the law firm STOICA & Asociații. In order to maintain the same efficiency that customers are used to, the Executive Council of the Partners Assembly was established, consisting of the two founding partners – Valeriu Stoica și Cristiana I. Stoica – two advisory partners – Cătălina Dicu și Dan Rareș Răducanu – and two managing partners.
As of today, 2 October 2023, the Council will ensure the executive management of STOICA & Asociații. The new structure will combine the energy and professional dedication of the founding partners with the legal and organizational experience of the advisory partners, to which the pragmatic dynamism of the managing partners is added.

Catălina Dicu is a very experienced lawyer, who has provided legal assistance and represented Romanian and foreign clients, including banking and credit institutions, in complex real estate disputes, public property disputes, as well as in family law cases, including elements of foreignness, in the courts of common law or in those of domestic and international arbitration.
Dan Rareș Răducanu – for over 25 years, he has represented Romanian and foreign clients in administrative, fiscal, contravention, public procurement, urban planning and competition law disputes, but also in internal arbitration cases, in actions regarding contractual liability, the regime of public property, in appeals and in legal actions in the field of telecommunications and in corporate law conflicts.
The managing partners, Andreea Stoica și Dragoș Bogdan, combine the professional experience of pleading lawyers with that of business and book authors, to which is added Dragoș’s vision as a former judge and trainer at the National Institute of the Magistracy (Ro. “INM”) and The National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers (Ro. “INPPA”). The two coordinate complex cases in the field of national and international arbitration, as well as civil, intellectual property, commercial, administrative, competition or public procurement disputes in difficult industries, such as telecom, banking, pharma and energy.
