The project involves a comprehensive approach to construction project management, encompassing the extension of the clean room area and the construction of an additional back-end production building. With an ambitious scope, the overall project will cover a gross built area (GBA) of 38,000 sqm and is projected to conclude within an 18-month timeframe. Optim Project Management will provide Construction Management, Cost Management, Health & Safety Coordination, and Site Inspection services.
